Support / Ticket Workspace

Support & Tickets

Submit account, subscription, connection, and payment questions through the user panel. Include the issue and what you’ve already tried in one ticket so support can investigate further.

You must be logged in to access tickets. Check replies and ticket progress in the user panel.

Contact Options & Response Times

The user panel ticket system is currently the only publicly listed contact channel. Response times depend on the issue backlog and investigation complexity; no fixed response time is guaranteed. Check your ticket for replies or requests for more information.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Start by describing the issue, then explain when it happens. There’s no need to include everything—just enough to help reproduce and investigate the problem.

Connection & Access Issues

Include your platform, client name, selected region, and route type. Say whether you can’t connect at all or whether the target app still won’t open after connecting. Include the exact error message, when it occurred, and the checks you’ve already tried. If you attach screenshots, hide account and subscription credentials.

Payment & Subscription Issues

Include the order number shown in the panel, selected plan, payment method, and current order status. If you’ve paid but the status hasn’t updated, attach proof of payment and hide any personal information unrelated to the investigation. Keep payment records in your ticket; don’t post them publicly.

Refunds & Billing Questions

VPNRQ offers a 14-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, specify the order and what you’re requesting so support can review it through your ticket. For data resets, plan upgrades, and other billing questions, include the status shown in the panel. See the Terms of Service for full refund terms.

Don’t include your account password, full subscription link, or access token in a ticket. If logs or screenshots contain any of these, redact them first while keeping the error details relevant to the issue.

Find Help by Topic

If you’re unsure how to complete a step, start with the guides. If setup is complete but the connection isn’t working, follow the troubleshooting guide one step at a time. If the issue persists, include your findings in a ticket.
